Warranty Terms

  • All warranty claims are subject to applicable warranty terms and conditions.

  • For any warranty claim, the original purchase invoice and complete product packaging (including box, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards) must be provided.

  • Products with missing accessories, incomplete packaging, or without the original invoice may not be accepted for warranty processing.

Warranty Exclusions

The following issues are not covered under warranty:

  • Unauthorized repair attempts

Warranty Processing Time

  • Warranty claims may require approximately 15–45 working days for inspection, repair, replacement, or manufacturer processing.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the manufacturer, distributor, and product type.

Shipping & Courier Charges

  • All courier, cargo, shipping, and transportation charges related to warranty claims will be paid by the customer.

  • NGS Computers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services or third-party logistics providers.
